  • Service Improvements and Innovations: The Departments has two units under it: Reforms and Innovations, and Development and Learn.
  • Finance and Administration/HRM: This Department is the personnel hub of the Office. It is headed by a seasoned Administrative and Human Resource Officer.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: The M&E department is saddled with the responsibility of ensuring compliance to all reform initiatives. It is not enough to initiate reforms. The human factor that impedes continuity and compliance needs to be put in check. Warm and Cold calls are to be made regularly to MDAs to ensure compliance. Also, the impact of reform programmes in the system is key for productivity. From planning to execution, all reform ideas are thoroughly evaluated so as to ensure performance.
