
Mr. Olufemi Olasoji Moyinlorun is a seasoned administrator with decades of experience in the Ondo State Public Service. Currently serving as an Administrative Secretary of the Department of Public Service Reform and Development (DPSRD), also known as the Reform Office. Moyinlorun has built a distinguished career across various government ministries, departments, and agencies. His expertise in administrative operations made him a key asset in public sector governance.
Born with a passion for public service and leadership, he earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Adekunle Ajasin University (2009) and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Ondo State University (1999). Over the years, he has held several strategic positions, including Director of Finance & Administration at the Ministry of Local Government & Chieftaincy Affairs, Director of Establishment in the Office of Establishment and Training, Director of Finance & Administration at the Ministry of Education, Science & Technology, Administrative Secretary at the Ondo State Signage and Advertisement Agency, Director of Expenditure at the Ministry of Finance, amongst others. Until his deployment as Administrative Secretary, Reform Office, he was the Administrative Secretary of the Agency for Welfare of Persons with Disabilities. His ability to drive efficiency, implement policy reforms, and manage government expenditure has earned him recognition among peers and stakeholders.
Olufemi is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria and a full member of the Chartered Institute of Public Administration of Nigeria. He has also undergone extensive leadership and management training at the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON) and other esteemed institutions.
With a deep commitment to governance, financial oversight, and administrative excellence, he continues to contribute meaningfully to the development and transformation of public service in Nigeria.
